Returns and refunds

Because Cardio Babe products are personal-care items, opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, email dazarnaud685@yahoo.com with your order number before sending anything back. If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions privately. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 7 days at dazarnaud685@yahoo.com and include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you after an approved return is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
